What to include in the Refund Policy

FIHP takes pride in offering consumers the finest nicotine alternative vapor devices and customized nicotine-percentage devices. We also prioritize providing exceptional customer service because, without our valued customers, FIHP wouldn't be able to offer its exceptional products to adult consumers.

 

We have a 14-day return policy for all unopened FIHP products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, FIHP does not accept opened and used products for returns. If the return request is related to a potential malfunction or defect, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. It is crucial to keep all original packaging and materials saved and available, as our replacement team may request them to approve your replacement.

  • 14 day return policy: Evidence is required for malfunction or defect of the products. In order to provide you with the best alternative nicotine vapor products and customized nicotine-percentage devices, at the most reasonable prices FIHP is not responsible for return shipping cost, prepaid labels can be provided and will be deducted.

  • OEM/ODM and Wholesale Partner: If you need further assistance never hesitate to email us support@fihpvape.com and we will be glad to assist. Your specific account manager will deal with your issue in 2 business days.

  • Refund/Replacement: All returns can take up to 7-10 business days to fully process. Once a return has been made and received you will receive an email confirmation and a refund back to your original payment method will be issued which can take anywhere form 24-72 hours to fully process.

Others

Return To Sender/Undeliverable: We urge our customers to make sure the shipping address entered is put to date and a deliverable address. All return-to-sender, due to address mistakes, and non-deliverables will incur a 10% restocking fee and a non refundable shipping cost.

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, it's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item otherwise.
