Order Shipment Information

All orders, regardless of their chosen shipping method, undergo a processing time of 24-32 hours. However, we are committed to dispatching orders as swiftly as possible.

Our customer service operates 24/7. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, and any orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

For OEM|ODM orders and customized orders exceeding 1,000 units, please allow 7 - 14 business days.
