Wholesale, distributor, sample, or separately negotiated orders may be governed by their written quotation or agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"withdrawal\">Change-of-mind withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a mandatory withdrawal right applies to your distance purchase, notify us within the period required by the law that applies to the order. For many consumers in the European Economic Area, the standard distance-contract withdrawal period is 14 days after receipt, subject to legal exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A withdrawal request must clearly identify the order and state that you wish to withdraw. Contacting us before sending anything back allows us to confirm eligibility and provide the correct return destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"eligible-returns\">Return eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or otherwise protected by mandatory law, a return must normally be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused, unactivated, and in the same condition in which it was received.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Unopened, with the original hygiene or tamper seal intact.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Complete with original packaging, accessories, manuals, gifts, and promotional items.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Accompanied by proof of purchase and an authorised return reference.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Packed safely and returned to the address supplied by support, not to an address found elsewhere on the website or packaging.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"non-returnable\">Products that cannot be returned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To protect health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity, opened or unsealed vaping devices, pods, cartridges, refill containers, e-liquids, mouth-contact products, and other sealed consumable products are not accepted for a change-of-mind return where the law permits that exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products that have been used, activated, filled, altered, damaged after delivery, or mixed with another item.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Items missing serial, batch, security, or tamper-evident labels.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Personalised, clearance, sample, or final-sale items where the applicable sale terms and law permit exclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Gift cards, digital items, or services after performance has begun where the law permits exclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Returns sent without authorisation or to an address not provided for that return.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A hygiene exception does not remove rights relating to a product that was defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"damaged-defective\">Damaged, incorrect, or defective products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspect the delivery as soon as reasonably possible. If the parcel or product is damaged, an incorrect item was supplied, or a product appears defective, contact support promptly and keep the product, packaging, shipping label, batch information, and security code available for review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may request clear photographs or video, a description of the issue, the order number, SKU, batch or security information, and reasonable troubleshooting details. Do not continue using a product that is damaged, leaking, overheating, or otherwise appears unsafe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After assessment, the available remedy may include troubleshooting, replacement, repair where appropriate, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the issue, stock, applicable law, and the seller responsible for the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"return-process\">How to request a return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@fihpvape.com\">support@fihpvape.com<\/a> with the order number and reason for the request.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Wait for confirmation of eligibility, the return reference, packing instructions, and the correct return address.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Remove or cover unnecessary personal labels while keeping shipping, batch, and product labels needed to identify the order.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Use suitable protective packaging and retain proof of shipment. A return is not complete until it is received and inspected.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"return-shipping\">Return shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless mandatory law or the written return authorisation states otherwise. For a confirmed incorrect, damaged, or defective product, FiHP or the responsible seller will provide the remedy and shipping arrangement required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Original delivery charges and customs costs are refunded only when required by law or confirmed in writing. We are not responsible for a return lost because it was sent without suitable tracking or to an unauthorised address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"refunds\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing. Processing begins after the return is received and inspected, or after we confirm that a physical return is not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. We may deduct a lawful amount for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect an eligible product. No deduction is made where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exchanges\">Exchanges and cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An exchange depends on stock and shipping eligibility. The clearest process may be a return and a new order. A cancellation request can be considered before dispatch, but dispatch cannot always be stopped once fulfilment has begun.
