This policy explains the general shipping rules for retail orders accepted through the FiHP online store. The destinations, methods, charges, and estimates actually offered for an order are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Displaying a country, currency, or product does not by itself guarantee shipping eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We may decline an address, product, or order when legal restrictions, carrier rules, stock location, sanctions, fraud controls, or age-verification requirements prevent fulfilment. Wholesale and distributor shipments use the written terms of their quotation or agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The purchaser and recipient must meet the minimum legal age and other eligibility requirements. Where required, the carrier may request identification or an adult signature and may refuse delivery. Some destinations prohibit cross-border distance sales or impose product-registration, nicotine, volume, packaging, or delivery restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Processing begins after order acceptance, payment authorisation where applicable, stock allocation, and any required eligibility review. Delivery times are estimates unless the checkout expressly states a guaranteed service. Remote-area, customs, security, carrier, weather, and regulatory delays may extend an estimate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Free shipping is available only when it is shown for the selected order and delivery address at checkout. Eligibility may depend on the destination, products, order value, fulfilment location, carrier availability, or a current promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Free shipping covers the displayed standard shipping charge only. It does not include optional expedited services or any duties, import taxes, brokerage, remote-area fees, age-verification charges, or other amounts that checkout or the carrier identifies separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When tracking is available, the order account, order-tracking page, or dispatch message provides the carrier reference. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may take time to update. Contact support when tracking has not changed for an unusual period or shows a delivery you did not receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Provide a complete, accurate address and recipient contact details. Contact support immediately if an address is incorrect; it may not be possible to change an address after fulfilment begins. We may require a new order or additional carrier cost when a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unavailable, or an age check could not be completed, except where the seller or carrier caused the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For an international order, the recipient may be the importer and may be responsible for local permissions, declarations, duties, taxes, brokerage, and lawful receipt unless checkout expressly states that these are included.
