Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
14 days of receiving your order.
unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vape products.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@fihpvape.com with your order details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at support@fihpvape.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used devices or accessories
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
