FiHP products and this website are intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum age that applies where you access, purchase, receive, or use the products.
An on-screen age gate is a declaration, not proof that a purchase or delivery is lawful. Additional checks may be required before an order is accepted or released.

Do not use this website to purchase or obtain products if you are under the legal age in your location. By continuing beyond the age gate, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally eligible.
Local-law requirements
Age limits and distance-sale rules differ by country and region. A product displayed on the website is not an assurance that it may lawfully be purchased, imported, delivered, possessed, or used in every location.
In Germany, products covered by Section 10 of the Youth Protection Act may not be offered or supplied through distance selling to children or adolescents. The restriction also covers nicotine-free electronic cigarettes and electronic shishas described by that law. Other locations may impose a higher age, prohibit distance sales, or require a particular verification or delivery method.
Age checks
We may use one or more proportionate checks, including an age declaration, account or checkout information, a verification provider, a request for proof of age, payment checks, or an adult-signature delivery service. The method depends on the destination, product, service availability, and applicable law.
Submitting false information, bypassing an age control, or using another person’s identity may result in refusal, cancellation, account restriction, or other lawful action.
No proxy purchases for minors
Adults must not purchase for, transfer products to, or arrange delivery for a minor or anyone else who is not legally eligible. Products must be stored securely and kept away from children and pets.
Age-restricted delivery
Where age-restricted delivery is used, the carrier may require acceptable identification and may refuse delivery when the recipient is absent, cannot complete the check, or is not legally eligible. Delivery to a neighbour, parcel locker, forwarding service, or unattended location may be unavailable for regulated products.
Responsible presentation
FiHP does not intend its products or communications for minors. Product colours and flavours describe adult products and must not be used to target children. Reviews, images, or other user content that appears to feature or encourage underage use may be rejected or removed.
Age-verification privacy
The basic website age gate normally records a confirmation or preference rather than a date-of-birth document. If an order requires additional proof, we collect or receive only the information reasonably necessary for the check, use it for eligibility, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, and retain it according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Refusal and cancellation
We may refuse access to purchasing functions, reject or cancel an order, withhold dispatch, or instruct a carrier not to release a parcel when age or legal eligibility cannot be established. A refund following cancellation is handled under the Refund and Returns Policy and the rules of the original payment method.
