This Privacy Policy explains how FiHP collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use this website, create an account, place or track an order, contact support, submit a review, or verify a product.
FiHP products and related website services are intended only for adults who meet the legal age requirements in their location. This notice does not reduce any privacy rights that apply under local law.
Scope and who is responsible
FiHP is responsible for personal information processed through this website unless an order confirmation, invoice, or separate notice identifies another legal seller or controller. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@fihpvape.com.
This policy applies to the FiHP website and online-store features. A third-party website or service reached through an external link applies its own privacy notice.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, and the information you provide to support.
- Account information: username, account preferences, saved addresses, and account activity. Passwords are stored in protected form and are not readable as plain text by FiHP staff.
- Order and transaction information: products, quantities, prices, currency, discounts, order status, delivery details, refund records, and payment status. A payment provider may process payment credentials; we do not need to receive or retain complete card details when the provider handles them directly.
- Reviews and user content: rating, review text, display name, and any images or other media you choose to submit.
- Support and communications: messages, attachments, product questions, complaint details, and records needed to follow up on a request.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, referral information, language, currency, cookie choices, and security or diagnostic logs.
- Product verification information: the anti-counterfeit code you enter, selected language, verification result, request time, and limited technical records used to protect the service from misuse.
How and why we use information
- To provide the website, cart, account, checkout, order tracking, product verification, reviews, language, and currency features you request.
- To process and fulfil accepted orders, take payment through an enabled provider, arrange delivery, manage returns, and provide customer support.
- To verify age or eligibility where required and to prevent sales or delivery where prohibited.
- To secure accounts and transactions, detect fraud or automated abuse, maintain logs, troubleshoot errors, and protect the website and its users.
- To comply with tax, accounting, product-safety, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, and other legal obligations.
- To improve products and services using aggregated or appropriately limited information.
- To send marketing only when a valid legal basis exists. You may unsubscribe from direct marketing at any time.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, or consent. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for future processing.
How website features use data
- WordPress and WooCommerce provide the website, account, cart, checkout, order, and customer-management functions.
- Language and currency tools remember presentation preferences and calculate the display currency. The final transaction currency and amount are the values confirmed at checkout.
- Age-gate tools remember that an age declaration was completed. An age gate is not a guarantee of eligibility and may be supplemented by order or delivery checks.
- Order-tracking tools use order and shipment identifiers to display fulfilment information.
- Customer-review tools process review text, ratings, and optional media and may apply anti-spam checks.
- Product authentication sends the entered security code and language from our server to the connected Qima anti-counterfeit service. Account and order details are not intentionally included in that request.
- Server-side caching may temporarily hold application data to improve performance. Caching is not used as a separate reason to profile customers.
- WhatsApp or other messaging links transfer information to the selected messaging provider only when you choose to open or use that service.
- Analytics services may be enabled to measure website performance. Where consent is required, non-essential analytics should not be activated until consent is recorded.
When information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:
- Hosting, infrastructure, security, caching, email, and technical-support providers.
- Payment providers, financial institutions, fraud-prevention services, warehouses, carriers, customs agents, and delivery partners involved in an accepted order.
- Review, messaging, translation, currency, analytics, or product-authentication providers when the relevant feature is used or enabled.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies when disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and safety.
- A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a genuine business reorganisation, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
International processing
FiHP operates internationally, and service providers or recipients may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an available lawful mechanism and require appropriate protection from the recipient.
How long information is kept
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose described above, including to complete orders, maintain accounts, respond to disputes, prevent abuse, and meet accounting, tax, product, or legal recordkeeping duties. Retention periods differ by record type and location.
- Order, refund, invoice, and payment-status records may be retained for the period required by accounting, tax, consumer, and fraud-prevention rules.
- Account information is normally kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards, unless deletion is requested and no legal reason requires continued retention.
- Support records, security logs, and product-verification records are kept for a proportionate period based on the request, security risk, and legal requirements.
- Published reviews may remain visible until removed under our moderation process or applicable law. Removing a public review does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted network connections, software maintenance, backups, and monitoring. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited where we must keep information or have another lawful reason to process it.
Send a request to support@fihpvape.com and identify the account, order, or interaction concerned. We may request proportionate information to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
Adults-only products
The website is not directed to children or underage users, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us so the circumstances can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when website features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the beginning identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a proportionate way.
Privacy contact: support@fihpvape.com. The contracting seller and any purchase-specific contact details are also shown on the applicable order confirmation or invoice.
